Tonights Dinner

Wow Im in the middle of making dinner for tonight. Terry went to bed early and Im all alone so I decided to makes some really great meatloaf muffins:
1 pound of Hamburger
1 box Stovetop
3/4 cup water
1 chopped onion
1/4 cup ketchup
bake at 350 for 45 minutes in a cupcake pan should make around 8 to 10 meat muffins Yummy!

  Im also making mashed potatoes and green beans now thats a great dinner!
  Im thinking about making some cookies I just dont know what kind I was thinking maybe this new recipe I found on line (cant remember where sorry) You could google them they are called
  Grandmas Jo's Snickerdoodles
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter softened
1/2 cup shortening
2 eggs
2 3/4 cups unbleached flour
2 teas cream of tatar
1 teas baking soda
1/4 teas salt
2 tbl sugar
2 teas ground cinnamon
  Cook at 400 degrees. Mix 1 1/2 cup sugar, butter, shortening and eggs. Stir in flour, cream of tatar,baking soda and salt. Shape dough by rounded teaspoonfuls into balls. Mix 2 Tab sugar and cinnamon roll balls into mixture to coat. Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until ready around 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack should be around 6 doz.
This recipe comes from the Stubb s Family and they would like you to pray for the farmers when you enjoy these cookes because without them you will not have these ingreadients to make these wonderful cookies.

  Im crocheting away making a very pretty little afghan for my car Im using peaches and cream yarn cotton and as soon as I can Ill take a pic so you all can see it.
